Given the customer service oriented environments in which we operate, CSI has built in to its corporate culture the underlying hallmarks of Quality Customer Care and under the Code of Conduct must maintain Company and Client Confidentiality.

Our management team and field agents undergo from induction, together with the Core security knowledge and skill elements, requisite Industry specific Customer Service Training. As a means of maintaining this combined skill set all CSI staff are required to undergo Continuous Professional Development in these critical areas.

CSI principals have over fifty (50) years of combined experience in the security industry at the managerial and operational level, and are well-respected for their contribution to the advancement of Security procedures in Trinidad and Tobago.

We pride ourselves on being a professional, courteous and confidential team. As a company, we have been providing services to our clients for half a decade. Our management team is made up of experienced and proven security professionals

We believe our security team is one of the best locally. Our over 100 security agents adhere to a strict code of conduct in order to ensure that our customers receive professional service at all times.

Virtually inconspicuous in an office environment, CSI ensures that all of our agents are equipped with the appropriate gear to blend into the operating environment in which they are deployed whether it is in an office setting or tactically positioned to serve in the field. .

Collateral Security and Investigations is a cool place to work. Internal company department that serve are part of our quality care service delivery are accounting, human resources, health safety and environment and technology services.

Together, CSI Ltd.’s operational and support staff brings a wealth of experience in, bomb detection, law enforcement training procedures, investigations, risk analysis, banking security, port security, airport security, oil and gas surface production operations (inclusive of security requirements)
